Internal investigations of employee misconduct

Mobbing, discrimination and harassment (including sexual harassment), bribery, corruption, conflict of interest – these are just some of the events that require an intervention on the part of the employer. 

We support our Clients in evaluating such events and in conducting internal investigations. We recommend solutions that make it possible to eliminate or limit the employer’s liability.
