Polish Foreign Ministry recently informed that is to terminate cooperation with all the external visa providers. According to earlier statement, Polish visa applications will not be accepted by the external visa providers.

Decision is connected with reported irregularities that some applicants processed by external visa providers were to receive visa outside of the official process.

Changes in visa processing have been already introduced in China and India. Below list represents countries were Polish visas were handled by the external visa providers and presents current way of visa processing:

• Belarus – external service provider
• China (including Hong Kong) – diplomatic posts
• India – diplomatic posts
• Philippines - visas processed by the diplomatic post and external service provider
• Turkey – external service provider

Disregarding way of application, processing time might be extended. We encourage to submit visa application much in advance.
