Poland introduced controls on its border with Slovakia. Border control has also been introduced by Germany on the border with Poland and the Czech Republic.

Special attention should be paid by the foreigners who have the right to stay in Poland, but do not have the right to move throughout the Schengen zone. Foreigners detained by the Border Police are considered as illegally crossing border and are returned back to the country from which they came.

Border controls are a temporary solution.
