We recommend to our Clients that they implement a procedure facilitating actions to be undertaken in the event of a search by law enforcement agencies (the police, public prosecutors and others). 

The procedure explains what a search is, what the rights and responsibilities of the company and its employees are and what the proper conduct during a search is. 

In order to effectively implement the procedure, we recommend conducting training sessions for employees. It is vital for the procedure to be known to and understood by employees.
