The Minister of Foreign Affairs decided to suspend the participation of the MoFA in the Poland.Business Harbor program until the adoption of solutions guaranteeing proper verification of companies and foreigners who are its beneficiaries.

The program was created in September 2020 to attract IT specialists and companies from the IT / New Tech industry from Belarus to relocate Poland, and then was extended to countries such as Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia and Azerbaijan. If additional conditions were met, it was possible to obtain visas for foreigners regardless of citizenship.

The MoFA declares that it starts working on streamlining visa procedures for business sector, especially in the industries most desired by the Polish economy.

We would like to remind you that at the end of 2023, the MoFA temporarily suspended the so-called business path for PBH visa applications. Only the individual applications were available. As of today, the PBH program is completely suspended. It is still possible to obtain a national visa through the regular procedure.
