Magdalena has been working with foreigners since 2008. She has been dealing with matters related to legalization of residence and employment of foreigners in Poland since 2016. Many years of professional experience in both state authorities and international consulting firms have allowed her to acquire solid theoretical and practical knowledge of various aspects of immigration and the functioning of foreigners in Poland, as well as immigration process management skills.

Magdalena supports foreigners and their employers especially in:

• obtaining various types of permits for temporary residence, permanent residence and residence of long-term EU residents
• obtaining documents legalizing employment of foreigners in Poland
• registration of residence of EU citizens
• obtaining entry visas to Poland
• matters related to address registration and assignment of the PESEL number.

From 2008 to 2012, she served as Consul of the Republic of Poland in Nicosia, where she handled visa, passport and other matters specified by the Act on the Functions of Consuls. In 2016-2017, as a senior specialist at the Office for Foreigners, she conducted appeal proceedings in temporary residence permit cases. For several years she has been successfully assisting companies operating on the Polish market to smoothly go through the process of legalizing the residence and employment of foreign workers.

She is a lover of foreign languages, including those considered dead.
