Jan has been involved in the subject of Polish foreigners' law for more than 5 years. He advises on all areas concerning the legalisation of residence and work of foreigners, including global mobility. 

In particular Jan specialises in: 

• conducting proceedings in the field of employment of foreigners,
• conducting residence proceedings for foreigners,
• legalisation of residence of EU citizens in Poland,
• rules for the residence and work of Ukrainian citizens in Poland,
• posting of foreigners to Poland,
• obtaining visas to Poland,
• conducting proceedings in the area of confirmation of Polish citizenship.

He has recently been involved in several projects leading to the relocation of groups of employees of large IT companies from post-Soviet countries to Poland. 

He conducts training. He also publishes regularly in newspapers and popular science magazines. He speaks English and Russian. 
In his spare time, he learns foreign languages, is active in community organisations and tinkers.
