Decision #3 | What HR needs to know and put into practice

2022.07.15

Supreme Court ruling of the 27th of January 2021. (II PSKP 1/21)

An employee who has had his or her employment contract terminated may bring an additional action and claim additional compensation for the entire period of the process when he or she was unemployed and could not find a job.

However, such an option only arises if the employer knowingly, intentionally, persistently violates labour law by terminating the employment contract and the employer acts in a conscious, almost retaliatory manner.
