This applies to Belarusian nationals who, immediately prior to applying for a residence permit, stayed in Poland on the basis of national humanitarian visas, including visas whose validity has been extended on the basis of covid regulations. 

A residence permit for the holder of a national humanitarian visa is issued for a maximum period of 3 years. The document entitles the holder to work on the territory of the Republic of Poland without an additional work permit.  

Submission of the application is exempt from stamp duty.
