Belarusian and Ukrainian citizens with a Poland.Business Harbour visa can apply for a national visa in Poland until 31 March 2023. The regulations introduced significantly simplify the visa application process, which until now, with few exceptions, could only take place outside of the Republic of Poland.

A visa application in Poland can be submitted by a citizen of Belarus who:

• on the date of the application is in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a valid humanitarian visa, or 
• declares that he/she arrived on the territory of the Republic of Poland in the period from 24 February 2022 from the territory of Ukraine in connection with the hostilities on its territory and legally resided on the territory of Ukraine immediately before 24 February 2022, or
• entered the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a PBH visa.

A visa application in Poland can also be submitted by a Ukrainian citizen who:

• entered the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a PBH visa.

Visa applications are accepted in Warsaw, Lublin and Poznań. The application can be submitted at VFS visa points.
