Meritum is a comprehensive discussion of regulations shaping the protection of personal data both at the international, European and national level.

The publication consists of two parts. In the first part the basics of international personal data protection, EU regulations in primary and secondary law as well as national regulations are described. The second part presents personal data protection from the perspective of particular sectors and special issues, including personal data processing in employment by Dominika Dőrre-Kolasa. 

Meritum has a practical character and is developed in a very accessible graphic form for the reader.
