The provisions establishing the 30-day deadline under Article 1 of the Collective Redundancies Act clarify when there is a collective redundancy.

The court stated that the period starting the process of such redundancies begins on any day of the month in which the first notice of termination of employment is given and continues for 30 days thereafter.
