Due to the current geopolitical situation, more than 2 million Ukrainians have arrived in Poland.

Many Poles take them into their homes. The employer may support such employees using the company's existing social benefits fund and consider allowances or create a dedicated benefit.

It is important to prepare well for the implementation of the right initiative, which is to support employees who help people from Ukraine seeking refuge in Poland, in order not to expose oneself to risks associated with the improper spending of the fund.
