COVID-19 vaccinations for employees | New service

2021.01.22

The national COVID-19 vaccination program is under way. Vaccinations are voluntary. However, accepting the vaccine by an employee has an impact on the welfare of the workplace and other employees.

Due to the long duration of the vaccination program, it should be assumed that for a long time there will be two functioning groups of employees: vaccinated and unvaccinated.

Challenges for employers

The voluntary vaccination program raises a number of questions:

  • How do vaccines affect the employer's health and safety regulations?
  • Can vaccinations be required?
  • What to do with an employee who refuses to vaccinate?
  • Can an unvaccinated employee be sent on a business trip?
  • Can vaccinations be encouraged at the workplace?
  • Can vaccinated employees be rewarded with benefits?
  • Is it possible to collect data on vaccination or refusal to vaccination? How to support employees who want to be vaccinated?
  • Are vaccinated workers exempt from the coronavirus sanitary regime?
How can we help?

Our advice includes comprehensive support in resolving all issues related to vaccinating employees, in particular:

  • Preparing appropriate procedures
  • Assessing the health and safety at work issues
  • Answering questions and keeping you up to date
  • Advising on communications with employees
