The 5th edition of our "Competition for the best master's thesis in the field of labour law and social insurance" has ended. This year, the level of work was very balanced, and the authors showed an innovative approach to the subject of HR law. We singled out original works and those that had a great practical impact.

The competition was supervised by the Partners of our Law Firm under the aegis of professor of Warsaw University Ph. D.  Łukasz Pisarczyk.

Meet the winners of the competition:

• 1st place - 5000 PLN and a paid internship - won by Klaudia Majkutewicz for her thesis entitled "Freedoms and rights of an employee related to his activity in the social media (selected issues in jurisdiction)"
• 2nd place - PLN 3,000 and a paid internship - won by Anna Nowak for her thesis entitled "Employment of people sentenced to imprisonment"
• 3rd place - a paid internship - won by Marta Pytel for her thesis entitled "Benefits for the unemployed and jobseekers"
