Edyta has been advising Polish and international employers on almost all aspects of individual and collective employment law for more than 10 years.

She supports clients with, among other things, the establishment and termination of employment contracts (including in particular key managerial employees), settlement negotiations and internal investigations, employee transfers, and the implementation of internal policies and regulations.

For more than 5 years, she has advised one of the world's largest employers on collective labour law, including negotiations with trade unions. She also coordinates international projects in cooperation with IUS LABORIS law firms from other jurisdictions. 

Her clients include companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, services, IT, technology and entertainment industries, as well as foreign embassies and international foundations.  

She conducts workshops and trainings, also in English. She has authored publications in the media and trade press.
