The draft of Anti-Crisis Shield 4.0 (the Act on interest rate subsidies for bank loans granted to provide liquidity to entrepreneurs affected by the effects of COVID-19 and on the amendment of some other acts), which the Sejm has just adopted, includes a number of new solutions aimed at helping entrepreneurs. Now the bill will be discussed in the Senate.
