Travel restrictions are in place for Russian citizens.
The restrictions went into effect on 26 September 2022, based on a regulation by the Minister of Interior and Administration dated 19 September 2022.
The prohibition to enter Poland applies to Russian citizens travelling primarily for tourist, cultural, sports and business purposes.
However, exceptions apply. The restrictions do not apply to, among others, family travellers, foreigners with permanent or temporary residence, those with the right to work in the Republic of Poland, foreigners employed in transportation, students, as well as holders of temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, long-term EU residents and Poland. Business Harbour visa holders.
The restrictions will remain in effect until further notice.
