Starting from the end of November, Ukrainian citizens will be able to apply for a temporary residence permit in Poland.

It is worth taking the necessary steps as early as possible. 

For many foreigners, the 9-month period in which it was impossible to submit a residence application due to the existing restriction, will then expire.

This applies to persons who entered Poland after 24.02.2022 in connection with the war in the country and who use a temporary protection. 

Due to the low availability of deadlines for submitting applications and the longer expected time for their recognition, we recommend taking action immediately.
