She advises Polish and international clients on HR law with an emphasis on establishing and terminating employment relationships. She supports clients in the implementation of internal legal regulations. 

Natalia also represents employers in court proceedings related to, inter alia, employment termination, discrimination and unequal treatment, as well as variable remuneration issues.
