Raczkowski supports a Business Boutique Foundation’s mentoring project "Hand in Hand. Second Edition"

2020.06.15

The Business Boutique Foundation's mentoring program was created to support women's professional and competence development. Together with the Foundation,  Raczkowski law firm will help women in solving specific professional challenges, strengthen ties between the Foundation's members and supporters, as well as inspire and motivate participants.

The "Hand in Hand" project is a continuation and development of cyclical social-mentoring meetings of the Foundation at the Kozminski University entitled "Women at the threshold of a career", which were also supported by Raczkowski.

"I believe in the effectiveness of mentoring. I would like to support the personal development of competences of my mentees  and share my practical knowledge and experience in the field of HR law, which in this difficult time may prove to be invaluable support," said Edyta Jagiełło, project mentor on behalf of Raczkowski.

"The mentoring program of the Business Boutique Foundation "HAND IN HAND" assumes natural building of relations, trust and rapport between mentor and mentee. That is why the right selection of mentoring pairs and understanding what is specifically and individually hidden under the slogan "development" for our mentees is crucial here. I am glad that we are now initiating the next edition of this program in the realities of "New Normal", in which mutual support, sharing experience and interpersonal communication based on trust, have become even more valuable and by all means helpful in the effective pursuit of achieving the professional and life goals,” emphasizes Monika Knap, President of the Business Boutique Foundation.

The project partners include BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, Knap Consultants, Raczkowski, McDonald’s Polska, and AVON.

The Business Boutique Foundation was established 5 years ago, inspired by ambitious managers and business owners, as a platform for exchanging experiences and seeking inspiration in the professional field and lifestyle. The Foundation's goal is to share experience, networking and to promote women's entrepreneurship. The Foundation's community is made up of outstanding experts, who deal with HR, marketing, finance, public speaking, science, health, law, real estate, art and volunteering on a daily basis.
