Marta is a legal advisor, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in internal security at the University of Warsaw. 

She has over 10 years of professional experience in the practice of labour law. Marta serves clients from, among others, the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, media and telecommunications industries. In particular, she deals with, issues related to collective labour law, design of internal sources of labour law (regulations, procedures), assistance in shaping and conducting relations with trade unions, company social benefit fund, DD audits and employee documentation, implementation of remote working. She conducts trainings, workshops and webinars on labour law and human resources management.

She actively publishes in the media and in the press.
