The Polish Development Fund, the National Labour Inspector and some financial institutions do not want to agree to submit certain statements in electronic or documentary form as part of Employee Capital Plans (PPK).

It does not result from the regulations, and there are no sanctions for failure to comply in writing.

Currently, in the era of the prevailing epidemic, tens of thousands of Polish companies are completing the implementation of PPK. Obtaining handwritten signatures from employees is very difficult. As a consequence, digitization of processes related to the exchange of documentation is needed.
