The regulation of the rules for checking sobriety and the presence of drugs similar to alcohol in the body is imminent.

We can expect the regulations to go into effect in the first quarter of next year. It will be possible to carry out testing not only for employees.

We will also be able to test, for example, contractors or service providers - including self-employed individuals. The condition is that it is the employer who organizes their work.
