Joanna is a tax advisor with many years of experience and a certified Compliance Officer. She is a member of the Tax Council of the Lewiatan Confederation. In 2017, she took 2nd place in the "PIT" category in the Ranking of Tax Companies and Advisors of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

Joanna specialises in personal income tax and social security matters.

She advises Polish and international clients on the implementation of incentive programs, tax and social security effective employment structures, secondments to and from Poland. She also supports clients in the process of assessing the effects of providing employees with various forms of non-wage benefits (with special focus on the security of the provisions of the Company Social Benefits Fund).

She also supports clients in analysing the tax effects of marketing programs (contests, lotteries, bonus sales) and loyalty programs.

Joanna is the author of many publications on taxation, social security and compliance management and has been a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars. She is also a co-author of the book "Compliance Management Systems. Compliance in practice" published by Wolters Kluwer, in which – as the first in Poland – she raised the issue of compliance management in the tax area.
