Speakers

Katarzyna has more than 20 years of experience in broad HR and employment law. She represents Polish and international clients in employment disputes.

She advises on workplace transition processes, adaptation of global procedures to the requirements of Polish law, restructurings, group dismissals, hiring and firing of employees.

Her clients include companies from the pharmaceutical, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, media and IT sectors.

She is the author of numerous publications on HR law. She conducts workshops and trainings for HR professionals and lawyers specialising in labour law. She is the supervisor of the School of Labour Law Champions.

She is highly regarded by the international rankings of The Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe in the field of employment law. 
 

Attorney-at-law, she has more than 10 years of experience in providing legal services in the field of HR law. 

Zuzanna advises Polish and foreign clients on matters related to hiring and firing of employees, including managers, employment restructuring, workplace transitions, countering mobbing and unequal treatment, and parental rights.

Represents clients in litigation in the field of HR law, especially regarding individual dismissals, overtime, mobbing.

She works with clients in the pharmaceutical, real estate, banking and FMCG industries. Conducts numerous trainings on HR law topics, including countering mobbing and unequal treatment. Author of numerous press publications.

Edyta has been advising Polish and international employers on almost all aspects of individual and collective employment law for more than 10 years.

She supports clients with, among other things, the establishment and termination of employment contracts (including in particular key managerial employees), settlement negotiations and internal investigations, employee transfers, and the implementation of internal policies and regulations.

For more than 5 years, she has advised one of the world's largest employers on collective labour law, including negotiations with trade unions. She also coordinates international projects in cooperation with IUS LABORIS law firms from other jurisdictions. 

Her clients include companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, services, IT, technology and entertainment industries, as well as foreign embassies and international foundations.  

She conducts workshops and trainings, also in English. She has authored publications in the media and trade press.

Michał specialises in all aspects of employing foreigners in Poland, including implementing the most effective practices. In addition, he advises on the international mobility of employees, complex issues related to corporate immigration at all stages of people planning and hiring, as well as the posting of workers to provide services abroad.

His expertise covers all cross-border HR aspects. He supports clients in coordinating and implementing all of their national and international HR requirements.

He is an author of many publications and comments in scientific journals and newspapers. Michał is a member of The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association.
