Remote working and sobriety testing in the Labour Code - changes will soon come into force | PRO HR Alert

Yesterday, on the 6th of February this year, an amendment introducing provisions on remote working and employee sobriety checks to the Labour Code was announced in the Journal of Laws.

The provisions allowing the control of employees' sobriety and the state after the use of other agents acting similarly to alcohol will come into force first, as of the 21st of February this year.

The provisions on remote working will take effect from the 7th of April this year.
