Belarusian and Ukrainian citizens holding a Poland.Business Harbour visa can apply for a national visa in Poland until 31 March 2023.

The regulations introduced significantly simplify the visa process, which until now, with few exceptions, could only take place outside the borders of Poland.
A visa application in Poland may be now submitted by a Belarusian citizen who:

• is staying in Poland on the basis of a valid humanitarian visa on the date of submission of the visa application, or  
• declares that he/she arrived on the territory of Poland in the period from 24 February 2022 from the territory of Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict on its territory and before 24 February 2022 was legally staying on the territory of Ukraine, or
• entered the territory of Poland on the basis of a PBH visa.

A visa application in Poland may also be submitted by a citizen of Ukraine who:

• entered the territory of Poland on the basis of a PBH visa.

Visa applications are accepted in Warsaw, Lublin and Poznań. The application may be submitted at the VFS visa centres.
