Compliance practitioners are well aware of the fact that compliance is not only about the Whistleblower Directive, which has dominated discussions among professionals in recent times. 

Regularly deepening and updating knowledge in fundamental areas of compliance is part of the essence of the profession. 
We would like to invite you to a series of workshops devoted to selected, sensitive compliance areas, i.e:

• Practical aspects of whistleblower protection.
• Conducting investigations SESION #1
• Conducting investigations SESION #2
• Counteracting corruption in the practice of enterprises - instruments, including legal ones, to prevent corrupt phenomena.

We will put emphasis on practical issues, taking from our experience including international aspects, gained in cases of varying complexity and importance. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to share their own insights and participate in substantive discussions.
During the workshop, we will show when issues related to whistleblower protection come up in practice.

Who should be interested in the workshop?
The workshop is addressed to compliance officers, in-house lawyers, security specialists, HR directors, executives overseeing compliance and legal security of an entity.

Why is it worth taking part?

Each participant will receive a practical set of information allowing them:

• Properly assessing risks and independently making decisions on initiating, conducting, supporting internal investigations and the resulting legal consequences.
• Independently assess and decide how to deal with whistleblowers in such a way as to protect their interests and those of their employer.
• Understand the consequences of changes in the law on counteracting corruption in business transactions, apply current standards and good practices in counteracting corruption.

Cost of participation

The cost of participation in one workshop is PLN 1,200 net. The cost of participation in four workshops is PLN 4,000 net.
The cost of participation in two workshops devoted to internal proceedings is 2,200 net (session #1 and session #2).
In case of participation of two or more persons from the same organisation, the cost of participation of each additional person in a single workshop is net PLN 900. 

The cost includes:

• Participation in the workshop(s)
• Weekly access to the recording 
• Presentation and training materials

Participants are encouraged to send questions and examples they would like to discuss during the workshop. Selected issues will be included and discussed. 

The workshop will be conducted in a hybrid format (online and onsite)
We reserve the right to cancel the event. In this case, the participant will be informed 3 days before the workshop start date.
