Caring for our work environment, employees and associates, on March 1, 2021, we implemented policies that break taboos, go far beyond the accepted norms and boldly set trends and standards.


The Family-friendly Policy level the playing field for parents so that parenthood hinders their careers as little as possible. We will defend the women's rights to receive social security benefits. We consider it our duty to fight for the parents’ right to  parent with dignity.

In the Equality Policy, we set trends and standards. We guarantee equality, and we expand the catalogue of prohibited discriminatory criteria. We are appointing a firm Equality Ombudsman to promote equality.

The Lawyer's Code of Rights and Duties implements a standard for the education of young lawyers so that they complete their apprenticeship in the best possible way and prepare quickly for their role as independent lawyers. The Code sets out how Partners should work with lawyers and train them for their future role. Each of our lawyers is mentored by a senior lawyer in addition to the partner's patronage. The patron and mentor  have designated roles, and the lawyer has the right to learn the profession in accordance with the principles set forth in the Code. Assignment to interesting projects, access to training, guarantee of  substantive and developmental feedback, building the sense  of work are just some of the assumptions of the charter  which  guarantee the development of our lawyers.
