On the evening of Wednesday, 23 June, On Wednesday, June 23 in the evening a decree was published on on the Journal of Laws  website a regulation amending the regulation on establishing the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the outbreak occurrence of the an epidemic was published. 

According to the changes, since as of Thursday 24th, June, people travelling to Poland from countries that are not members of the Schengen zone or are not EFTA member states – - parties to the EEA agreement, after crossing the border will be subject to athe 10-day quarantine.

The duration of the quarantine period may not be reduced cannot be shortened until 7 days after crossing the border, provided a COVID-19 test is performed and a negative result is obtained.

The obligation to undergo quarantine does not apply to people rsons who were exempted from it under the current regulations, e.g. they were vaccinated with a vaccine authorised approved for sale in the European Union or within 6 months before crossing the Polish border they underwent were isolation ed or hospitalisation zed due to COVID-19.
