Decision #9 | What HR must know and apply in practice

2021.07.09

Supreme Court judgment of 22 September 2020, case file I PK 197/19

If an employee is subject to special protection, then the court rules on his or her reinstatement as an employee. The status of a protected employee is determined at the time of dismissal from work, not at the time of pronouncing the judgment.

The ruling is discussed by Iwona Jaroszewska-Ignatowska, PhD.
