The text of the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration amending the regulation on temporary suspension or restriction of border traffic at certain border crossing points introduced in connection with the COVID-19 was published in the Dziennik Ustaw (Journal of Laws).

The circle of persons authorised to cross the external border of Poland without restrictions was modified. Citizens of Ukraine were added to the list.

From the 9th of September 2021, citizens of Ukraine may enter Poland regardless of the intended purpose of stay. Until now, this was not possible.

We would like to remind you that the citizens of the EU, Belarus, the UK and the USA (in this case, if they arrive by plane) are also entitled to cross the external border of Poland without restrictions.

In the case of citizens of countries not listed in the above mentioned regulation, entry into Poland is restricted to specific groups of persons, including employees, holders of temporary residence permits and holders of visas with the annotation "Poland.Business Harbour".
