Remote work from abroad means additional problems for the employer | PRO HR Press

2020.09.18

There are more and more cases of remote work, due the epidemic situation. Remote work, however, does not mean that the employee has the right to freely choose the place of its performance, including in particular its performance from outside Poland. Meanwhile, some employers do not know where their employees actually work from and are not aware of additional related obligations.

The first article in the series by Katarzyna Serwińska and Tomasz Kreta appeared in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna entitled "Remote work from abroad can be a big problem for the employer" (published on 17 September 2020). Next parts will be published on 24 September and 1 October.
