Ph.D. Michał Kacprzyk as the new Head of the practice
 

On February 1, 2020, Ph.D. Michał Kacprzyk joined the Raczkowski law firm, and became the Head of the Immigration and Global Mobility team.

Mr. Kacprzyk will lead a team supporting the law firm's clients in all aspects of HR law in which there is a cross-border element. Together with Katarzyna Serwińska, who heads our tax practice, and thanks to law firms from our network, Ius Laboris, they can provide legal assistance regarding the posting of employees to all relevant jurisdictions - says Bartłomiej Raczkowski, managing partner of the Raczkowski law firm.

Michał Kacprzyk, doctor of law, attorney-at-law, specializes in legal issues related to the employment of foreigners and international mobility of employees. He has many years of experience in providing legal services to business entities in this area.

Michał already has extensive experience in this field, among others he led Immigration and Global Mobility at another law firm. We are glad that a lawyer with such valuable knowledge and competences joined our team- adds Katarzyna Dobkowska, partner at Raczkowski law firm.
