Bartłomiej Raczkowski Becomes Officer of American Bar Association

Bartłomiej Raczkowski, Managing Partner at Raczkowski has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Outreach to International Lawyers Committee of the American Bar Association’s Labour and Employment Law Section. The Committee promotes the ABA Labour and Employment Law Section towards international lawyers.

The Section's more than 20,000 members represent all perspectives of labour and employment law: management, union, plaintiff, neutral and public. It is committed to a balanced discussion of employment issues throughout the world. Committee members study and report on current developments in international labour relations and employment law practices, particularly those affecting U.S. multi-national enterprises operating abroad.

Bartłomiej has recently finished his term as Chair of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). He continues to be on EELA’s Board. EELA aims to bring together practising employment lawyers across the European Union, improve the implementation and understanding of the social dimension, exchange views on the manner of such implementation, and to strengthen links between EU employment lawyers.

His other past and present public activities include being a founding member and Chair of Employment Law Section of the Warsaw Bar, founder and Chair of the Polish Employment Law Association, member of the Steering Committee of International Forum on Employment Law, member of Employment and Industrial Relations Committee of the International Bar Association.
