Attorney-at-law, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, specializing in issues related to individual labor law, discrimination and mobbing in employment, and occupational health and safety issues. She gained professional experience working in court as an assistant judge in the labor and social security department.

A specialist in occupational health and safety, she graduated from postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety at the Poznan School of Banking. She has completed training as a fire protection inspector and as a First Premedical Aid instructor.
