27 January | 10:00-11:00 | Free event

We continue to observe changes in EU regulations concerning remuneration policies in banks and brokerage houses. The implementation of the CRD V Directive and the CRR II Regulation into the Polish legal system triggered amendments to national legislation.

What we will discuss is:

  • Who is a risk-taker in light of the new regulations?
  • What is the basis for applying a limited remuneration policy? Which entities can apply it?
  • What does it mean that remuneration policies must be gender neutral?
  • How will the deferral period for variable components of remuneration change?
  • What actions must be taken by banks and brokerage houses to adjust remuneration policies to the new law?

Natalia Łokińska, advocate and head of the remuneration practice in the financial sector, will be a guest of Bartłomiej Raczkowski in the ninth episode of PRO HR Cafe.

This event is held in Polish, in the form of a free webinar. The link to the webinar recording will be available for a fee and will be sent upon request to those interested.

A link to the webcast will be sent to participants the day before the event.
