Incorrect termination of the employment contract or its termination by the employer is connected with the risk of reinstatement of the employee or compensation. If the employment contract has been terminated or dissolved in a gross breach of law, the person who has done so may also be punished with a fine of up to PLN 30,000 as a misdemeanor. A gross violation of the law is primarily the termination or dissolution of a contract without valid and sufficient reasons - and this lack must be obvious.
