There is no criminal provision for mobbing. A mobber can be convicted of many different offences. Mobbing can consist of persistent harassment (stalking) punishable by up to 8 years in prison or bullying, which is punishable by 5 years in prison. Different mobbing behaviours could be: defamation, insult or violation of physical integrity.
