Supreme Court judgment of 6 February 2020, case file II PK 154/18

An employee transferred pursuant to Article 231 of the Labor Code subject to a collective bargaining agreement in force in the previous employer’s business has the right in the new employer’s business to the more favorable conditions of employment in force in the new employer’s business.
