Dominika Dörre-Kolasa became a partner of the Raczkowski Paruch law firm on 2 October 2017. She will run its office in Cracow. This is our fourth office in addition to Warsaw, Poznań and Katowice. This office will support our numerous clients headquartered in Cracow and the Małopolski region.

Dominika Dörre-Kolasa is a legal advisor and a doctor of legal sciences. She has nearly two decades of experience in providing business consulting services to international corporations and small and medium enterprises. She is an esteemed specialist in labour law and the protection of personal rights in employment with a special focus on mobbing, discrimination and personal data protection.

For the previous twelve years she worked for the law firm of A. Sobczyk and Associates where she was a partner.

For more than a decade she has been an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Jagellonian University and a lecturer at the Jagellonian University’s Post-Graduate Courses of Study in Labour Law.

She is a member of the Advisory Council of the Panoptykon Foundation that strives to support the protection of human rights in the context of the threats inherent in the development of a surveillance society. She has extensive experience in delivering training. For years she has been running training sessions and workshops for managers.

Two lawyers will join the Raczkowski Paruch team along with Dominika Dörre-Kolasa.
