Information on Personal Data Processing

 

I. WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Controller of your personal data, i.e. the entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data, is Raczkowski Sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Raczkowski”), entered into the KRS register of entrepreneurs under number 0000373899.

II. WHY DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA? : 
In order to market our services, performed directly by Raczkowski. For this purpose, we send our ProHR newsletters to the address submitted to us. 
The submission of the data is voluntary, but it is necessary for our newsletters to be delivered. 

III. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING? 
Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is carrying out marketing activities for our own services. 
Art. 10 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law. 
If we receive additional personal data, beyond the data required to send the newsletter, we will process them on the basis of a consent expressed by a clear affirmative act – their transfer to Raczkowski pursuant to Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR.

IV. TERM OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed until:
a.    You unsubscribe from the newsletter;
b.    We cease to carry out marketing activities in the form of sending the newsletter;
c.    You withdraw your consent for data processing (to the extent that the processing is based on the consent);
d.    You object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, unless continued processing will be required for the pursuit of other purposes. After transferring the data to us, you can object to their processing. When we process your data for the purposes of direct marketing, you do not have to justify your objection. If processing is based on other legitimate interests of ours, your objection must be justified with your particular situation. We will inform you of a change in the purpose of processing.  

V. PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS.
Personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients:
a.    Entities that provide website and data hosting for us;
b.    Entities providing information technology support services for Raczkowski;
c.    Official authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting upon request of official authorities, in the scope and for the purposes stemming from the provisions of the law.

VI. Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
VII. IN CONNECTION WITH PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING BY RACZKOWSKI YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:
a.    To access your personal data and to receive a copy of them;
b.    To rectify your personal data;
c.    To remove your personal data, unless another legal basis materializes that makes it impossible for us to comply with this request;
d.    To limit personal data processing;
e.    To object to data processing;
f.    To transfer your personal data to the extent that their processing is based on your consent.

VIII. COMPLAINT.
