Controller’s identity, contact data

The controller of your personal data is Raczkowski sp.k. law firm, ul. Bonifraterska 17, 00-203 Warsaw (“Law Firm”). For all matters related to the processing of your personal data, please contact us by email at rodo@raczkowski.eu or via traditional mail to the address provided above. In the title of your email message and on the envelope of your letter, please write the following note: “Personal Data Protection”.

Key information on personal data processing

The provision of your personal data is voluntary but required in order to subscribe to the event you want to participate in.

The purpose and basis of processing your personal data are as follows:

Article 6 sec. 1f) of GDPR – realization of legitimate interests pursued by the Law Firm

During the event, we will provide you with both information on the direct subject of the event as well as information promoting our own products and services to establish or maintain business relationships, which is a legitimate interest of the data controller.

In addition, verifying your interests, we will select the topics of events organized by the Law Firm, manage their performance and send to you individual invitations to participate in these events which, in our opinion, will be of greatest interest to you.

Article 6 sec. 1a) of GDPR – sending invitations to further events organized by the Law Firm

The Law Firm regularly organizes events which may be of interest to you. If you give consent to this, we will send you invitations to events – both those organized by our local offices nearest to your registered office and those organized by our central office in Warsaw.

Please note that you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by clicking the “Cancel subscription” link. This will not affect the legality of the processing that the Law Firm performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Information on recipients and recipient categories

While processing your personal data, we take advantage of web hosting, newsletter marketing and web analytics services.

Data provision to other countries

Your personal data will not be processed outside the territory of the European Economic Area.

Period of data processing

To the extent that your personal data are processed based on your consent to personal data processing including sending invitations to events organized by the Law Firm in the future, we will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent to doing so or until we receive information that your personal data are out of date (e.g. when the email address provided by you changes).

Otherwise, we will process your personal data for a period necessary to realize legitimate interests of the Law Firm as referred to in item 2 of this information on personal data processing or until you effectively object to further processing.

Considering the grounds for processing your personal data by the Law Firm, we would like to inform you that you have the right to:

access your personal data,
rectify your personal data,
demand erasure of your personal data by the Law Firm,
demand restriction of processing of your personal data,
receive the data you have provided the Law Firm with and transfer them to another controller (the right to transfer personal data),
lodge an objection against personal data processing with respect to the data processed in connection with direct marketing based on the controller’s legitimate interest.

You may exercise these rights by contacting the Law Firm in the manner specified in item 1 above.

Complaint to the relevant regulatory authority

If you find that the Law Firm, while processing your personal data, breaches personal data laws and regulations, you may report your finding to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO), ul.
