Audit - one of the basic management tools in a company. OH&S audits are usually performed without reference to the companies' management systems. At our meeting we will show how to turn the employers' mandatory audit tasks into an effective management tool.

We will also share our knowledge on the most common mistakes made during audits.

We will discuss the following issues:

  • What is the difference between an audit and a control?
  • Why is the OHS audit the one that can show the most risks?
  • Who and when should be afraid of it?
  • What is the real role of audit in OHS management system?
  • Why is it worth doing it with the support of specialists?

The event will take the form of a free webinar. A link to the webinar will be sent to participants one day in advance.
