The proper acquisition of copyrights to works created by employees and co-workers ensures the security of the employer's business in many areas. This issue still raises a number of questions and doubts.

Founding member and the first Chair of the Employment Committee of the Warsaw Bar. He was also a member of the Steering Committee of the International Forum on Employment Law, the Founder and the first Chair of the Employment Law Association in Poland. During his studies, he served as Vice-President of the International Board of the European Law Students Association (ELSA) and President of ELSA Cracow. 

He was an assistant professor in the Jagiellonian University’s Department of Labour Law. Author of many academic and popularizing publications.
