17 February | 10:00-11:00 | Free event

At the beginning of 2022, the  immigration law reform came into force. The new legislation applies to all entities employing foreigners.

The rules for issuing declarations of entrustment to perform work have been changed. Foreigners have also gained the possibility to change the single temporary residence and work permit to a greater extent than before without the obligation to obtain a new permit.

In some cases, also the promotion of a foreign employee does not require action from  the employer.

These are just some of the changes and also a  a good time  to discuss the challenges in the area of global mobility  broadly.

We will talk about:

  • New legislation  and solutions that affect employers
  • The fiction of renewing work permits, residence permits and visas, introduced in connection with COVID-19, which may soon come to an end
  • The increasingly popular form of legalisation of work and residence, i.e.  the Poland.Business Harbour visa, which provides the possibility of employment based on a B2B formula
  • Remote working from abroad and the possibilities of reducing the risks involved

PhD Michał Kacprzyk, head of the immigration and global mobility practice, will be Bartłomiej Raczkowski's guest in the 10th episode of PRO HR Cafe.

This event is held in Polish, in the form of a free webinar. The link to the webinar recording will be available for a fee and will be sent upon request to those interested.

The link to the webcast will be sent to participants the day before the event.
