The coronavirus pandemic has once again drawn the attention of the HR world to the issue of risk assessment in workplaces. 
A problem arose has occurred as to whether or not to include the covid infection in this risk, and if so, in which positions. 

This and many other questions will be answered by the guest of Bartłomiej Raczkowski in PRO HR Cafe, Ireneusz Świercz, an OHS expert. It appears that, during the covid pandemic,  there are many problems around occupational risk assessment that need to be discussed and clarified.
