WEBINAR | Consequences in PIT and ZUS of terminating employment agreement and civil law contracts

4 June 2020 | 10:00-11:00 | Online meeting

Despite the many solutions for maintaining jobs that the Anti-Crisis Shield provides, in some cases salary cuts and even dismissals have been proved unavoidable. It should be remembered that the termination of employment relationship, but also civil law contracts, in addition to complying with many obligations under the Labor Code or the contract concluded, also involves the correct settlement of contributions due in terms of tax and insurance.

During the webinar "Consequences in PIT and ZUS of terminating employment agreement and civil law contracts," you'll learn about:

  • taxing and contributing severance payments, compensation and various types of settlement related to the termination of an employment agreement and civil law contracts, in particular managerial contracts,
  • taxation and contributing of other receivables related to the termination of employment and civil law contracts,
  • possible tax exemptions and exclusions from the basis for calculating the contributions of such receivables,
  • obligations related to PIT and ZUS on the part of the employer in connection with the termination of the employment agreement and civil law contracts and payment of specific dues.

Webinar will be hosted by:

  • Tomasz Kret, senior lawyer in the tax team.
  • Adam Alkadi, tax advisor and consultant in the tax team.
