Since 2012, Katarzyna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and social security.

In particular Katarzyna specialises in:

  • individual employment law,
  • countering mobbing and discrimination, including investigating mobbing and other undesirable behaviour in the workplace,
  • ongoing support for employers in the field of Compensation & Benefits,
  • litigation and disputes with the Social Security Institution (ZUS),
  • legal due diligence.

Recently Katarzyna has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. internal investigation into allegations of mobbing and inappropriate behaviour towards top management,
  2. complex restructuring, including collective dismissals involving several group companies and a large number of employees,
  3. Compensation & Benefits procedures that are unique on the Polish employee market,
  4. at the same time, she is handling several hundred lawsuits against ZUS.

Author and co-author of numerous publications and articles on labour law, including „Labour law – latest changes” supplement to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, „Material liability of employees and employers” Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, “Entitlements of employees related to parenthood”
Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

In her spare time, she rides her bike competitively and travels extensively.
